At the Conference Center in the Azenio Business Center in Eschborn there is a conference room, a meeting room, a seminar room and a day office are at your disposal.

The meeting room with a seating capacity for up to 16 participants is your suitable place for a meeting. Seating in a square for 12 participants, the conference room is immediately available for your meeting for one or more hours. In a theater- style seating, the conference room may be used as a seminar room for 16 participants.This conference room is ideal for small meetings and conferences.

The conference room of the Business Center offers a seating capacity of 20 and a maximum capacity of 30 participants. It is available for 20 persons in an O-seating arrangement or for 30 participants in the theater style seating. This conference room is ideal for meetings, presentations and seminars.

Meeting and conference rooms can be combined by opening the flexible wall between them. At your disposal, there is an event room including tables for 40 or for 50 participants in the theater style seataingwithout tables. The event room can be arranged according to your requirements and is ideal for big meetings, conferences, presentations, conferences and even seminars.

The day office has a seating capacity for 3 people. It is equipped with a working station and a meeting table where you can have interviews with your employees, customers or applicants.

The Conference center is located in an excellent and preferred business area with a beautiful view on the Frankfurt skyline and the Taunus mountains. It is situated in one of the newest and most modern buildings in Eschborn. In summer, participants, customers and guests of your events or conferences can spend their break on the terrace and enjoy the fresh air of the Taunus.

For your meeting, your conference, training, event or seminar, representative conference rooms are at your disposal. All ecologically air-conditioned rooms are equipped with day light, modern indirect lights and ergonomic furniture for your well-being.

The Conference Center is equipped with a High-End-IT-Network leaving nothing to be desired such as a telephone hand set with an integrated audio-conference system for up to 6 participants, two telephone lines per each meeting room and wireless LAN internet access. On demand you can make use of copying and fax machine or LCD-Projector.
